Description
This is an extremely rare, fully sewn flag of the former 'South Arabia'. The Federation of South Arabia (FSA) was a federal state under British Protection in what would become South Yemen. The federation was formed in 1962 and abolished a short 5 years later in 1967. The estimated production date of this flag is 1962-1967.
It measure 1200mm x 1800mm (2 yard, 2:3 ratio) and is finished with a loop and tail finish header in canvas.
